XYZ operates a plant in Jubail industrial city for the Regeneration of heterogeneous catalysts used in Refineries and PetroChemical plants. The Regeneration process consists of the following: (1) Sampling of received products, (2) Lab evaluation of physical parameters, (3) Thermal treatment in rotating ovens (continuous flow process), (4) Screening and (5) Packaging.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• - Constant process optimization br>
• - Efficiency improvement and cost reduction br>
• - Day-to-day operations and laboratory management br>
• - Selecting, training and managing workforce and operational efficiency br>
• - Troubleshooting br>
• - Production planning and scheduling br>
• - Quality control and meeting production targets br>
• - Safety, compliance and regulatory standards br>
• - Sustainability and waste reduction br>
• - Reporting (production campaigns, mass balances, stocks, etc...)
• br> EXPERIENCE:
• br> Minimum of 5 years experience as Production Manager or similar role Background of Process Engineering.br> Experience in using diverse types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• br> EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SKILLS: br>
• - University degree in Chemical Engineering. br>
• - Skilled in MS-Office tools br>
• - Organizational and leadership abilities. br>
• - Data-driven decision-making skills br>
• - Initiative-taking br>
• - Six Sigma certification is a big plus br> LANGUAGES: br>
