Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of production, from pre-production through post. You will work closely with content creators, editors, location specialists, and camera crews to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional production process. The ideal candidate understands how a film set operates, thrives under pressure, and excels at leading a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Work collaboratively with directors, producers, editors, content creators, and camera crews to align on creative and logistical goals.
• Liaise with location specialists to scout, secure, and coordinate shoot locations.
• Develop and manage production schedules, call sheets, and shooting plans.
• Supervise all phases of production, including setup, filming, and wrap.
• Hire and manage crew members; lead and motivate team on set and during prep/post.
• Coordinate and monitor equipment, transportation, catering, and other logistical needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and union guidelines (if applicable).
• Troubleshoot problems on set with calm, quick thinking and strong decision-making.
• Monitor budget expenditures and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
• Maintain clear communication across departments to keep all parties aligned and informed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role on film, television, or digital content productions.
• Strong understanding of film set protocols, crew roles, and production workflows.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in both scripted and unscripted content.
• Familiarity with post-production processes is a plus.
