Roles & Responsibilities

Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the production operations of metal fabrication, develop production plans with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to production planning and budgeting
  • Monitoring the fabrication, forming, and assembly of metal sheets of various sizes and thicknesses.
  • Ensuring the execution of tasks according to engineering drawings and technical standards for metal sheet works.
  • Analyzing production issues related to metal sheet fabrication and promptly resolving them to ensure continuous operations.
  • Ensuring the execution of tasks according to engineering drawings and technical standards for metal sheet works.
  • Supervising welding and final finishing processes for metal sheets and ensuring their quality before delivery.
  • Developing and enhancing production processes related to metal sheet manufacturing to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Supervising the operation and maintenance of equipment (laser machines, plasma cutters, shears, press brakes, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Metal Fabrication) or equivalent
  • 8 -12 years of experience in production management within the metal fabrication industry
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills
