Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible about all production related activities.
- Plans for the on job training of manufacturing & packaging Groups.
- Issuing the monthly attainment production plan to ensure maximum utilization of production capacity.
- Ensures that all safety measures are applied & the cGMP Rules are adhered to.
- Issuing & follow up of purchase requisitions for any needed machines, tools of equipment & share with other departments in following up projects progress.
- Prepare, review & approve yearly production budget, control all department expenses.
- Prepares monthly highlights for all production activity, Output, problems handled & any other issues.
- Define & focus on key individuals, specify developmental actions or training required to enhance their skills & experience for adding responsibilities & increase areas of accountability.
- Review and approve the production plan issued by planning department in order to ensure its feasibility in terms of resource availability.
- Apply cost reduction, yield increase, overtime decrease and pooling of workers between areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science.
- Experience for at least 10 years in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in same role for at least 5 years.
