Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control all production operations to ensure optimal workflow and maximum efficiency in the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical panels.
• Supervise and lead production teams (assembly, wiring, metal works, painting, and testing) to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Develop and execute production schedules in coordination with the planning and sales departments to meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor production performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate with the Design and Quality teams to resolve any technical or manufacturing issues.
• Manage production resources (manpower, materials, and machines) to achieve cost-effective and timely output.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Track and report key production metrics such as efficiency, downtime, rejection rate, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens partnership standards and IEC requirements throughout all manufacturing stages.
• Identify training needs and develop the technical capabilities of the production team.
• Lead daily and weekly production meetings to align operations with company goals and priorities.
• Work closely with maintenance to ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across the production floor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing or switchgear production.
• Strong technical background in Low & Medium Voltage systems, power distribution panels, and Siemens SIVACON or similar technologies.
• Proven experience in production planning, resource management, and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and production monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
