Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager with 3 years of experience in media, advertising, or creative agencies. The role involves managing the end-to-end production process of campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables (TV, digital, print, social, and events) are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the production process for campaigns including video, digital, print, and social media content.

Liaise with creative teams, account managers, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

Create and manage production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Source, negotiate, and manage third-party suppliers (directors, videographers, editors, studios, printers, etc.).

Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production phases for video and photo shoots.

Ensure all content aligns with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations.

Troubleshoot production issues, providing quick and effective solutions.

Maintain detailed documentation including contracts, estimates, and production reports.

Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing and cost control.

Stay up-to-date with media trends, new technologies, and production tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, or related field.

3 years of proven experience in production management within a media, advertising, or creative agency.

Strong knowledge of video, digital, and print production workflows.

Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with production tools/software (Adobe Suite basics, project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
