Production Planning and Scheduling:

• Prepare and implement monthly production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Monitor production processes, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources (materials, equipment, and personnel).
• Oversee the production process, including technical drawing, material preparation, machining, assembly, and installation and handover to client.
• Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Quality Control and Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control measures, processes and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Investigate and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

Inventory Management and Control:

• Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize waste.
• Implement and maintain inventory control processes and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.

Cost Management and Improvement:

• Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.
• Implement and maintain efficient production workflows, processes and reduce waste
• Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements and enhance efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

System Design and Process Improvement

• Analyze and map out production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement efficient workflows to minimize waste, reduce lead times and improve productivity
• Create and maintain SOPs for production processes, and ensure consistency and quality.
• Ensure production team understands and follow SOPs, and provide training as needed.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Establish KPIs for production team, evaluate performance and provide feedback to staff.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency within the production team.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Maintain effective communication with other departments, including sales, engineering, and installation teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Represent the production/factory department at meetings and project reviews.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that the production facility is a safe and healthy work environment for all staff
• Comply with all relevant safety regulations, laws, and company policies.

• Prepare monthly reports for senior management on overall production /factory performance.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time
