Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
  • Monitor production line progress and ensure efficient operation.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Implement quality systems and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and FDA standards.
  • Manage human resources in the production department, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Cooperate with the quality, maintenance, purchasing, and warehouse departments.
  • Reduces waste and increases productivity through the application of continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen).
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on performance, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensures a safe work environment by implementing occupational health and safety procedures.
  • Supports product development in coordination with the research and development department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (production/mechanical/chemistry or equivalent.
  • Or bachelor's degree of science (major chemistry).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
  • Ability to use production management and performance tracking software (such as MES or KPI Dashboards).
  • Leading and motivating large teams.
  • Strategic thinking and long-term planning.
  • Effective decision-making under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze data and take corrective action.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly disciplined, organized, and able to follow details.
