Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products while managing resources effectively.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to align production goals with business objectives.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred for strategic roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, showcasing a track record of successful production management.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification highly desirable to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Experience in managing a diverse team with a proven ability to lead and inspire employees towards shared goals.
