Key Responsibilities:
Manage, plan, and execute audio production for live and recorded programs, station IDs, promos, and interstitials.
Design and develop the station s musical identity, including the selection of music and jingles that reflect the brand image.
Supervise the production team and sound engineers, ensuring the highest technical and creative quality across all outputs.
Monitor live broadcasts, ensuring smooth operations and prompt troubleshooting of technical issues.
Implement the latest technologies and international best practices to enhance sound quality and listener engagement.
Manage and maintain the station s music and sound effects library.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in audio and radio production within a broadcast or media environment.
Professional proficiency in audio editing and mixing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition).
Strong understanding of sonic identity and audio branding.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams and projects.
Solid knowledge of technical standards for radio and music broadcasting.
