Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Production In-Charge is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising end-to-end production activities in a plastic flexible packaging manufacturing facility. The role ensures achievement of production targets with optimum quality, cost efficiency, safety, and minimal wastage. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet delivery commitments Supervise operations across processes such as extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting, pouch making, and finishing

Desired Candidate Profile

Duty Hours:- 12 Hours (Including Lunch & dinner - 1 Hour) -

Day & Night Both Shift

Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of plastic flexible packaging processes and machinery Understanding of raw materials (PE, PP, PET, BOPP, CPP, inks, adhesives, films)
