Production Executive

This role requires overseeing & directing the entire production plan of a particular shift for the organization as per the production plan. Also, to ensure smooth production as per the quality standards & guidelines by managing men, machine & materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Efficient Execution of the shift plan

• Work closely with the Sales/Planning department, understand the production requirement SKU wise, follow the production plan
• Allocate people to the production line as required by the daily production plan.
• Resolving day to day production related issues concerning worker handling, material availability and changing the plan accordingly.
• Effective planning of Variety change overs as per protocol of Quality and machine standards keeping in mind efficiency and productivity.
• Making shift wise production report and sending across all function in MS-Excel and SAP ERP .

Maintaining Line efficiency and Productivity standards

• Ensure all food safety procedures are applied (HACCP, HALAL, and USFDA) during the production
• Monitor raw and finished product quality before and throughout the shift
• Maintain plant hygiene

Training of Workmen

• Responsible for conducting the training of workmen as per the plan
• Tracking the effectiveness of the training program
• Identifying the gap between actual & desired performance level & arranging for re-training the workers who are not up to the mark

Daily Data entries and Reports

• Daily production related reports.
• Production related activities in SAP system.
• Weekly, Monthly reports related to Production.
• Audit related records and reports.

Co-ordinates people, product and resources effectively

• Communicates effectively with other managers and staff
• Work closely with other concerned departments, understand the production requirement & execute the plan.
