Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full HVAC production process, ensuring quality standards, production efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with design, quality, procurement, and maintenance teams to resolve any production-related challenges promptly.
- Monitor daily operations and workflow to ensure alignment with production targets and delivery schedules.
- Optimize resource utilization including manpower, machines, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead and train production staff to enhance performance and technical capabilities.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with planning and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external standards, and quality audits
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in production engineering, including 3 years in a supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of HVAC assembly lines and fabrication processes
- Solid understanding of production planning, process optimization, and safety protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues efficiently
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, quality, maintenance)
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP systems is preferred
