Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Optimize production processes by conducting time studies, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Oversee the quality control of products, ensuring adherence to specifications, conducting inspections, and resolving any deviations from established standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Troubleshoot production equipment and processes, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, demonstrating a commitment to process improvement.
- Has 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
