Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Production Engineer at Egyptian Engineering Company on the 6th of October city. The Mechanical Production Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to production engineering, analytical skills, production planning, and effective communication within the team.

  • responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly,
  • Responsible for all production activities from the pre-production (planning) stage through the production (control and supervision) stage.
  • Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations.
  • Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Ensuring all workers maintain productivity and stay on delegated tasks.
  • Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.
  • Follow up on all jobs during the fabrication processes,
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
