Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and reduce equipment failures.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for production incidents.
  • Train and support production staff on best practices, new equipment, and process changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
