Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire garment production lifecycle, from initial design samples to final product delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to troubleshoot production challenges, offering innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with factories, conducting regular audits and inspections to guarantee ethical sourcing and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement production plans, including capacity planning, material forecasting, and resource allocation, to meet seasonal demands.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in fashion production engineering, with a strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
Has proven expertise in pattern making, grading, and sample development, using industry-standard software.
Exhibits a deep understanding of fabric properties, garment construction techniques, and quality control standards.
He manages the tailors and pattern makers and ensures they maximize their outcomes. Create a process and procedure to be followed (minimum 20 years experience).
