Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime, ensuring smooth production flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations, with a hands-on approach.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures, adhering to industry standards and company protocols to deliver high-quality products.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
  • Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance overall productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage production schedules and timelines, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good knowledge of Drawing understanding, Welding and Specifications, Person with shopfloor experience only need to apply, able to control a total

Team of 300 Personnel, Output Oriented , able to meet targets, able to work under pressure.
