Responsibilities
• Coordinate day to day production planning for the Technical Operations division.
• Track project progress, workability and project handoff for multiple functions within technical operations including QC, Package QC and Digital Distribution.
• Work with Tech Ops team leads and IT department to assist with onboarding, access management and equipment setup for new team members.
• Assist in tracking and reporting workhours, utilization and capacity of the team as well as tracking training initiative within the Technical Operations division.
• Working with all stakeholders to forecast project capacity requirements and following up on production action plans.
• Maintain constant communication with cross-functional support teams to ensure proper operations and projects workability.
• Ensure information security objectives are translated into tactical goals that guarantee information security objectives are met and exceeded
