Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring all departments are aligned and informed about timelines and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary liaison between departments, resolving issues swiftly to maintain workflow and prevent delays.
  • Manage logistical aspects of production, including the procurement of materials and equipment while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Assist in casting and talent management, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role within the film or television industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, showcasing technical competence in organizing production tasks.
  • Strong understanding of production budgeting, with experience managing costs and tracking expenses effectively.
