Production and Material Control Engineer

1. Manage all PMC functions, including personnel, safety, performance evaluation, and standardization.

2. Coordinate with headquarters on capacity updates and forecasts; oversee and control monthly and daily production and shipment plans; conduct operational data analysis and integration.

3. Plan and control material arrivals, usage, and inventory according to production schedules; coordinate abnormalities; monitor turnover days of raw and auxiliary materials.

4. Coordinate material introduction for new products, new processes, or new production lines, and handle related issues.

5. Track and monitor the implementation of technical improvement projects.

6. Assist the manager in cost-control initiatives, including cost data collection and implementation of cost-saving measures.

7. Identify and manage hazards and environmental factors within the scope of responsibility, ensuring effective control measures are implemented.

8. Participate in maintaining and improving the quality, safety, and occupational health management systems.
