Production Accounting Manager

Oversee and manage all aspects of production accounting, ensuring accurate and timely recording of manufacturing costs and inventory transactions.

Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and controls to support efficient production processes and financial reporting.

Analyze production costs, variances, and profitability, providing actionable insights to senior management for operational improvements.

Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of financial data with operational realities.

Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual production cost reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.

Monitor and enforce compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards (such as IFRS or GAAP).

Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to production accounting.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in production accounting.

Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

Proven experience in production / cost accounting within large industrial companies

Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system (mandatory)

Age must not exceed 40 years

Solid knowledge of cost analysis, production variances, and inventory accounting

Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
