Job Duties

This role demands strong technical expertise in Well Integrity, Well Construction, and Subsurface operations, along with a solid understanding of digital product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Act as the interface between domain experts and developers, ensuring alignment from concept to delivery.

Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement.

Ensure alignment with industry standards (NORSOK D-010, ISO 16530, API RP 90-2) and other related standards and regulations

Contribute to go-to-market activities including pricing, licensing, and support models.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Experience & Technology

Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to well integrity management, well construction, or operations.

Strong knowledge of well barrier principles, well failure models, risk assessment, and integrity lifecycle management.

Experience with software development, digital twins, data management, and workflow orchestration.

Familiarity with AI technologies (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI) and software commercialization concepts.
