Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell joint line products to assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and finalize sales deals.
- Crucially, follow up on collections according to agreed terms.
- Coordinate effectively with the Technical Support team during surgeries and trials.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing and sales policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in science, pharmacy, or a medical-related field.
Experience: 1 3 years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales.
Key Skills: Strong selling skills, negotiation, communication, and territory management
Compensation: Eligible for sales commission based on KPIs and collected sales.
