Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing clear direction to the development team and ensuring tasks are understood and actionable.
• Actively engage with customers and users to gather feedback and insights that inform product development.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, leveraging data for informed decision-making and prioritization.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Continuously assess and optimize processes to enhance product delivery and team efficiency.

• Bachelor s degree in business management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Proven experience in managing a product backlog and working with Agile development teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate product vision and requirements clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across different teams.
• Passion for innovation and a strong desire to create impactful products.
