Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition.
Translate business goals and customer needs into clear and actionable product backlog items.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and customer feedback.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
Work with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure agile delivery of product increments.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Ensure proper documentation, release notes, and product training materials are maintained.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as needed.
Align product features with overall business strategy and customer experience goals.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
3 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software house or SaaS company.
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to define, prioritize, and deliver software products end-to-end.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with UI/UX collaboration and data-driven product decision-making.
