Mission

• Lead the project by coordinating and leading the project team made up of representatives from the subsidiary, internal experts and service providers.
• Adapt to constant changes in digitalization, while anticipating possible obstacles to the implementation of the project.
• Use new products and new solutions developed based on customer needs studies.
• Integrated into a team covering the banking PAYMENT functional area, and providing in-depth knowledge of the associated application portfolio. He is responsible for the project, its monitoring, its successful completion as well as the quality of DELIVERY.
• Manage and plan the project by setting up, organizing, coordinating and leading the project team according to the specifications (client request, budget, deadlines)
• Develop the project design (client needs, functional specifications, subdivisions, deliverables, acceptance criteria)
• Coordinate and lead the work of the project team in order to produce a result that meets the client's requirements
• Plan the necessary resources (human, financial and material) and ensure the adequacy between resources and needs (financial, technical, human)
• Ensure the smooth running of the project (planning, budget, performance) and compliance with the specifications
• Manage risks (planning, financial, human, technical): anticipation, identification, implementation of corrective actions
• Manage the daily interface between the business lines, the project management team, the project management team, the representatives of the subsidiaries, the centers of expertise and the publishers
• Participate in the various Agile ceremonies set up
• Instructs the monitoring indicators put in place
• Lead periodic meetings
• Negotiate services with suppliers
• Deliver the project at the level of quality expected by the client: guarantees quality and compliance with DELIVERY
• Implement a quality approach (implementation of best practice benchmarks, implementation of approaches based on continuous improvement)
• Create reports and progress reports on the project(s) being monitored
• Support change management (internal and external) and support user training actions

• Product Owner/Senior Project Manager (minimum 5 years of experience in project management Payment)
