Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

* Define, prioritize, and maintain a clear and actionable product backlog.
* Translate business strategy into execution-ready tasks for agile teams.
* Set product goals and KPIs aligned with circle and value-stream vision.
* Accept final product delivery based on achieving defined outcomes.
* Refine roadmaps continuously through test-and-learn experimentation.

User-Centric Delivery

* Act as the voice of the end-user, ensuring requirements are understood and met.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine product direction.
* Ensure usability, accessibility, and intuitive experience across mobile and online channels.

Agile Leadership

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and clarify requirements.
* Provide guidance, feedback, and direction throughout sprints.
* Champion agile ways-of-working and promote continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

* Communicate product goals, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders and Circle Leads.
* Align with business, technology, operations, and governance teams to ensure cohesive execution.
* Share best practices across teams to maintain consistency.

Innovation & Governance

* Promote an innovation-driven culture built on creativity, collaboration, and empowerment.
* Ensure decisions align with FAB s governance framework and approved authority levels.
* Contribute to shaping digital transformation initiatives across the bank.

Ideal Profile

* Strong background in digitization and digital project delivery.
* Experience in UAE Housing Programmes, ideally within Abu Dhabi.
* Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
* UI/UX understanding for mobile and online journeys.
* Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
* Innovative, customer-obsessed mindset.
* Experience with core banking systems is a plus.
* Proven track record in business requirements and technical implementation.
