Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner & Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
Role combines product ownership (defining vision, roadmap, backlog) with delivery management (planning, execution, and release).

The ideal candidate balances customer focus and business value with strong delivery discipline, ensuring that products are shipped on time, on scope, and with impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities Product Ownership

Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog aligned with company vision.

Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with stakeholders (customers, business, engineering, design) to gather and validate requirements.

Own the product roadmap, communicate priorities, and ensure transparency across teams.

Monitor product performance (KPIs, adoption, customer feedback) and feed insights into future iterations.

Delivery Management

Own the delivery plan, ensuring timely releases with quality and predictability.

Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups as needed.

Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.

Align product goals with engineering capacity and delivery timelines.

Track and report progress, risks, and delivery metrics to leadership.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement across squads.
