Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for enhancing merchant and supply-side product experience and efficiency, and driving the development of new product capabilities. Improve merchant and sales adoption and usage efficiency while increasing the level of systemization and automation.

Accountable for the security and compliance of resources including subsidies, leads and brand pool. Optimize and enhance the efficiency of sales and operational processes/tools. Manage and improve merchant experience, ensuring high standards of service governance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field in Business.

2. Three or more years of experience in managing commercial analysis, business operations analysis, or business analysis teams.

3. Possesses excellent data analysis skills and logical thinking abilities, capable of structuring and deconstructing problems, adept at identifying issues from data and proposing solutions.

4. Proficient in SQL, familiar with various data products, and experienced in collaborating with data product teams.

5. Has strong communication and coordination skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to effectively drive team collaboration and achieve goals.
