Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Launching Kaptn App & Integrating The Kode Premium Subscription

Support the launch of our new app Kaptn, a directory featuring trip planning, accommodation booking, and other travel-related services.

Oversee the integration and marketing of The Kode, which will be available inside the Kaptn app as a premium subscription.

Marketing Strategy & Digital Presence

Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with the company s vision and international branding goals.

Manage various digital channels, including social media, Google Ads, website content, and email marketing to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Oversee the company s social media platforms, coordinate with assigned subordinates, and create accounts on new platforms when needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team, including social media specialists, graphic designers, and consultants.

Manage The Kode s presence on Google and YouTube, as well as other relevant digital platforms.

Oversee marketing material production, including:

o Hit Videos & Visuals: Coordinate with the production team to create high-

impact content.

o Ad Campaigns: Manage boosting and paid advertising when necessary.

o Giveaways: Work with the Deals Department to plan, execute, and announce

giveaway campaigns.

o Influencer Marketing: Coordinate with the Deals Department on

blogger/influencer collaborations, manage content posting, and engage audiences.

Prepare social media accounts for verification.

Develop a content strategy that aligns with marketing objectives, including scheduling,

captions, and product/offer descriptions.

Enhance brand presence through additional marketing tools and engagement strategies.

Conduct market research for local and international expansion opportunities.


Benchmark competitors and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the call center and Deals Department for product and brand

development.

Develop marketing strategies and budget plans to boost sales and brand visibility.

Perform additional tasks as required by business needs.

Corporate Identity Management

Oversee the creation and consistency of corporate branding materials, including but not limited to:

o E-business cards, letterheads, notepads, giveaways, outdoor signage, and other brand assets.

App & Website Content Management

Manage app notifications and scheduling for offers.

Oversee and update app content, including business information, categories, banners, and

advertisements.

App & Website Development

Ensure the development and maintenance of the app and website align with planned documentation and business requirements.

Communicate with UI/UX designers, web developers, and app developers to ensure requested updates and functionalities are correctly implemented.

Test and verify all website and app updates to ensure smooth functionality.
