Roles & Responsibilities

About the Job

We re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own how we bring our products to market and how we tell Lean s story to the world.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Strategy. You ll manage a team of PMMs, each mapped to one of our two product verticals (Data and Payments), while personally owning the business-wide messaging - from industry GTM to competitive positioning and investor/regulator narratives.

You ll thrive in this role if you re as comfortable writing a pitch deck as you are working with product managers on a new pricing model.


Responsibilities

  • Vertical Product Marketing (team management)

    • Oversee PMMs mapped to Data, Payments & Payment Ops products

    • Guide their work on segmentation, messaging, pricing, and GTM planning

    • Ensure high-quality product content, collateral, and enablement materials

  • Strategic Business Marketing

    • Oversees overall value proposition for the company across products and markets

    • Crafts and maintains Lean s full suite pitch decks for regulators, investors, and large clients

    • Leads industry-specific messaging (industry decks, use case narratives)
      Maintains the competitor matrix per market (UAE vs. KSA)

    • Maintains the industry matrix (mapping of industries to primary/secondary use cases)

    • Supports pricing strategy at the company level, especially for bundles and enterprise offers

  • Go-To-Market & Enablement

    • Lead GTM planning for new product launches across both markets

    • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive product adoption and expansion

    • Develop sales tools (battle cards, one-pagers, case studies) that drive conversion and retention

What We re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, ideally in SaaS, APIs, or fintech

  • Strong grasp of usage-based pricing models, segmentation, and value-based messaging

  • Experience working in (or marketing to) highly regulated or competitive industries

  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills you can turn complex into clear

  • Track record of partnering with Product, Sales, and Leadership to drive GTM success

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior PMMs is a big plus

  • Experience marketing API- first products

  • Familiarity with Open Banking, financial data, or embedded finance
