Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and business plans for Orthopedics and Pediatrics portfolios.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive activities, and customer needs.
  • Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and scientific events.
  • Prepare product positioning, key messaging, and promotional materials aligned with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance of marketing materials.
  • Support sales teams with product knowledge, training, and field visits.
  • Monitor product performance, market share, and sales targets, adjusting plans when needed.
  • Manage product budgets and forecast demand in alignment with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), healthcare professionals, and distributors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary, or Science (Pharmacy preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically handling Orthopedics and/or Pediatric products.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, product lifecycle management, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
