Job Title: UPS Product Manager GCC Region

Location: UAE (with travel across GCC as required) Department: Product & Business Development Reporting To: Head of Product Division / Regional Director

Job Purpose:

To drive the growth and market presence of Norden’s UPS product line across the GCC region by developing new business opportunities, supporting the regional sales teams, and achieving brand positioning through technical and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify and develop key accounts and strategic partners in the GCC market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of UPS business opportunities.
• Actively generate and manage his own leads and customer base independently.
• Sales Support:
• Assist and train the sales team with technical pre-sales and post-sales support for UPS products.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and presentations to close deals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, BOQs, and system design inputs.
• Product Strategy & Market Intelligence:
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies in the UPS sector.
• Propose product improvements and regional adaptation to meet GCC market demands.
• Coordinate with R&D and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and customization.
• Consultant Engagement & Approvals:
• Engage with engineering consultants to get Norden UPS listed and approved in project specifications.
• Attend technical discussions and ensure alignment with consultant requirements.
• Training & Enablement:
• Conduct regular technical and sales training sessions for internal teams and channel partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in UPS product sales in the GCC market.
• Proven track record of developing and closing large-scale UPS projects.
• Strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and distributors in the region.

Key Skills:

• Deep technical knowledge of online, modular, and industrial UPS systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong understanding of power backup requirements across verticals like data centers, hospitals, and commercial infrastructure.

Languages:

• English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred)
