Product Manager, Lending & B2B Payments Growth

About the role


As an individual contributor, you will grow adoption of our payroll solution, and ship compliance-first MVPs for new B2B capabilities and lending capabilities. You will partner closely with Engineering, Business Development, UX, Ops, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal functions.


What you will do

  • Drive activation and usage of employer-facing payroll solution.
  • Define scope and lead delivery for compliance-first MVPs of new B2B capabilities as well as enhancement of existing capabilities.
  • Partner with UX to define end-to-end user journeys, and interaction flows for the portal.
  • Design API-first experiences. Produce clear sequence diagrams and specs with Engineering.
  • Implement policy requirements with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to set operational guardrails for B2B and lending/credit.
  • Build innovative lending/credit capabilities from initial stage to launch.
  • Shape requirements for downstream financial operations with Finance and Ops.
  • Support Business Development by engaging employers in discovery, solutioning, demos, and pre-sales conversations.
  • Co-own partner and vendor execution with Supply Chain.


What you have

  • 6 to 8 years in product in fintech, processor, PSP, or adjacent B2B solutions.
  • Shipped a regulated B2B product/feature end-to-end with measurable impact.
  • Worked and executed on lending/credit products from initiation to market.
  • Strong API fluency and comfort creating sequence diagrams.
  • Clear B2B growth wins you can quantify.
  • Nice to have: experience with real-time account-to-account networks, payment acceptance, billing artifacts, and KYB.
