Roles & Responsibilities

About the role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and insight-led Product Manager to support the end-to-end delivery, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of our digital products and services for our new digital brand in MENA. This role will work closely with the Head of Product to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps and data-driven enhancements or feature improvements.

The ideal candidate brings strong product fundamentals, a sharp understanding of user behavior, and an ability to connect metrics with meaningful customer and business outcomes. Experience in digital-first consumer industries is key.

What you ll be responsible for:

  • Support product strategy development & execution: Collaborate with the Head of Product to shape and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial goals, customer experience targets, and regional priorities
  • Define & monitor success metrics: Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics for product features; ensure robust instrumentation and data pipelines are in place before launch
  • Own product performance tracking: Track performance of digital products launched and features across the funnel (e.g., acquisition, engagement, retention), synthesize learnings, and provide actionable recommendations for iteration
  • Conduct market & customer research: Lead benchmarking, customer feedback loops, and market analyses to inform prioritization, identify unmet needs, and uncover opportunities for innovation, especially in the field of AI
  • Drive feature enhancement & CX optimization: Recommend enhancements across digital journeys, self-care tools, and core features anchored in business value, customer feedback, and usage insights
  • Enable data-led decision-making: Leverage tools like SQL, Excel, and dashboards to analyze behavioral and performance data; clearly communicate insights to influence product and commercial decisions
  • Support cross-functional delivery: Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of features with strong go-to-market readiness and customer value alignment

What we re looking for:

  • 6-8 years of experience in product management, growth analytics, or AI/ML product roles within digital-first, consumer-facing (B2C) businesses, e.g., telco, fintech, e-commerce.
  • Deep familiarity with product and / or consumer telco metrics, e.g., ARPU, churn, MAU/DAU, feature adoption
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; bonus points for Python / R experience, or familiarity with analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear product recommendations and business cases for prioritization
