Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develops the marketing plan for his/her products to meet corporate goals for sales & profit achievement and growth
  • Ensures effective implementation of marketing plans (monitor, control, revise) and strategy to achieve annual profitability objectives.
  • Plans and monitors marketing budgets.
  • Develops messaging, marketing initiatives and marketing materials.
  • Works closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure integration and consistency of strategies, message and tactics, in addition to working to ensure timeliness of deliverables.
  • Makes sure that the sales forces reps get & implement optimal product, medical and competitors knowledge.
  • Acts as brand champion to crafts enthusiasm of the sales force.
  • Prepares product and competitors knowledge.
  • Assess the effectiveness of product strategies and monitor market intelligence and competitors products.
  • Provides input on new product development through product development section.
  • Manages the launch of new products and line extensions, and life cycle management.
  • Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Pharmaceutical sciences, Vet. Medicine & Medicine.
  • Excellent English & Arabic (Written & Spoken).
  • 2 years as a product manager with a successful record, preferred experience in medicated cosmetics therapeutic area and Derma, Dentistry specialty.
  • Marketing diploma from a certified institute/university.
