Overview:

As a Product Manager at PSdigital, you will play a key role in driving the success of our digital products and services. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product strategies that align with our company's goals and customer needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will guide the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, continuously optimizing and enhancing the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy:
  Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, engagement, and revenue for our online media platforms.
  
• Market Research:
  Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather user feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products.
  
• Roadmap Planning:
  Define product roadmap priorities based on business objectives, market research, and user insights.
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with teams such as engineering, design, content, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  
• Feature Development:
  Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for the execution team.
  
• Analyze requirements:
  Analyze row requirements collected from stakeholders to complete feisabel requirements that the development can work on.
  
• Product Launch:
  Coordinate product launches, including communication plans, marketing strategies, and user training.
  
• Performance Monitoring:
  Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product evolution.
  
• Competition Analysis:
  Keep abreast of competitors products and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  
• Oversee releases:
  Plan multiple concurrent releases with the development team and see them through.
  
• Manage support tasks:
  Handle support tasks interrupting the release plans with efficiency to insure minimal effect on the plans in progress.
  

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management within the online media or digital industry or similar position.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Good time management skills.
• Self Motivated.
• Good planning skills
• Well aware of the UML diagrams.
• Project management courses are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
