Job Title: Product Manager – Generative AI Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (GenAI) product development to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to bring innovative AI features and platforms to life.


Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered solutions.
  • Align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.

Requirement Gathering & Roadmap Planning

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, prioritize, and define clear product requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on GenAI trends and emerging use cases.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of GenAI features.
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments.

Customer-Centric Design

  • Ensure that GenAI solutions offer intuitive, efficient, and responsible user experiences.
  • Balance innovation with usability, customer feedback, and performance insights.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track product KPIs, user behavior, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Make data-informed decisions and adjust the roadmap based on user and market feedback.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external clients, especially during UAE-based project phases.
  • Communicate product strategy, status, and results clearly to all levels of the organization.

Compliance & Ethical Considerations

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure products align with responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong technical foundation.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products, particularly Generative AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements and user stories.
  • Experience with various Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) and their applications.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and product development best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a technology-driven company.
  • Passion for Generative AI and its potential to transform industries.
