Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle from strategy, roadmap, and requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.

Act as the product owner in agile ceremonies, managing backlog prioritization and ensuring features align with business goals.

Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate workforce needs into actionable product features.

Evaluate market trends and emerging technologies in human capital management and digital HR solutions.

Define success metrics and track adoption, performance, and ROI of product initiatives.

Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, technically sound, and scalable solutions.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to ensure employee experience remains central to product design.

Coordinate product communication, training, and change management efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in HR technology or Human Capital/Talent Management (HCM) platforms.

Experience with agile product ownership, including backlog management and sprint planning.

Practical experience with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology in product delivery and program-level coordination.

Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence for agile delivery and collaboration.

Strong technical understanding of cloud applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows.

Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleFluent) and LMS integrations.

Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
