Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update product-related databases, including SAP, Live Products, and PIM databases, as well as the product Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support change management processes for product updates, documentation, and system adjustments.
Assist in the launch of new products.
Ensure product master data accuracy and availability across systems for ongoing and new serial life products.
Manage and update product labeling information, including barcode stickers and related documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure product lifecycle information is correctly reflected.
Coordinate activities for new product variants creation across different departments to ensure smooth introduction.
Assist in monitoring and reporting on product lifecycle performance and compliance.
Conduct data analysis activities to gather or check the compliance of available information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience with ERP systems.
Proven experience with basic data analysis activities.
Nice-to-Have Qualification
Proven experience working with SAP in an engineering, product lifecycle, or manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in the home appliance industry (water heaters, heating systems, or related products).
Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and database administration.
Knowledge of PLM methodologies and tools.
Education: Engineering Degree Mechanical Major preferred.
Experience:
. 3-5 years Industrial in a similar Role.
Languages: English spoken and written
Computer skills:
. MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, Access),
