Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of innovative access floor systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of access floor prototypes and components to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to bring new products to market successfully.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of access floor systems, including materials, construction techniques, and performance characteristics.
- Exhibits proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating detailed designs and drawings.
- Shows a solid understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., CISCA, EN).
- Possesses excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
