Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do:

  • Lead the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery
  • Design and develop physical and experiential touchpoints including seating, lighting, cabin layouts, onboard products, and ground facilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Guest Experience, Brand, Engineering, Procurement, and external partners
  • Translate customer insights and trends into innovative, passenger-centric design concepts
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure design integrity during production and implementation
  • Ensure designs are cost-effective, sustainable, and comply with safety and aviation standards
  • Oversee the design approval process with internal and external stakeholders
  • Help evolve the brand s product design language to consistently deliver outstanding experiences

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Industrial, Product, or Transportation Design

  • 5+ years of experience in product or industrial design (aviation, transportation, automotive, or luxury sectors)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ergonomic and aesthetic design expertise
  • Skilled in 3D modeling and visualization tools
  • Experienced in managing multidisciplinary projects
  • Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and CMF strategies
  • Excellent communicator
