Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product and Logistics Manager with strong experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry. The role involves overseeing procurement, factory operations, logistics, product management, design coordination, and warehouse management to ensure seamless operational efficiency and timely product delivery across all business units.


1. Procurement Department:

  • Lead the sourcing and acquisition of diamonds, coloured stones, lab-grown diamonds, gold and silver coins/bars, and finished gold jewellery.
  • Ensure all procurement processes comply with industry standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and monitor material quality and pricing for cost efficiency.

2. Departmental Operations (DDHO):

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day departmental operations, ensuring smooth workflow and collaboration between teams.
  • Maintain an efficient supply chain by promptly identifying and resolving any operational or logistical challenges.

3. Factory Operations:

  • Supervise the ordering and production process based on retail and wholesale demands.
  • Coordinate with factory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Manage the factory’s operational requirements, including resource allocation and scheduling.

4. Logistics Department:

  • Plan and execute import/export shipment clearances in compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
  • Prepare and manage all documentation for smooth logistics operations, including shipping, customs, and delivery records.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs officials to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

5. Product Management:

  • Collaborate with inventory controllers, sales managers, cluster managers, and retail teams to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Align product stock levels with sales performance and demand trends.
  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards and are ready for market.

6. Designing:

  • Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and develop innovative and market-relevant jewellery designs.
  • Support the introduction of new models and concepts, ensuring regular product refreshes aligned with market trends.

7. Marketing Support:

  • Oversee the fulfilment of web and online orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address customer service queries related to sales returns and product evaluations efficiently.
  • Manage the process of listing new products online, ensuring all product details and images are shared accurately with the listing team.

8. Warehouse Management:

  • Maintain smooth warehouse operations by ensuring adequate stock of packaging materials, displays, and non-trade items.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and proactively resolve any potential supply disruptions.

9. Miscellaneous Duties:

  • Handle additional assignments as directed by Top Management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach in executing diverse operational tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in product, logistics, or operations management within the jewellery manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewellery production, sourcing, and logistics operations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
