Job Responsibilities

1) Oversee warehouse maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep
2) Coordinate with staff, vendors, and departments for smooth operations
3) Supervise contractors and ensure timely task completion
4) Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and legal documents
5) Ensure compliance with safety, health, and facility regulations
6) Manage services like cleaning, security, and waste disposal
7) Handle petty cash for daily operational needs
8) Conduct regular safety and maintenance inspections
9) Maintain fire safety systems and perform routine checks
10) Inspect and maintain CCTV systems; assist with upgrades
11) Track expenses and find cost-saving opportunities
12) Coordinate office moves and renovations
13) Select, evaluate, and manage vendor contracts and relations
14) Follow up on AMC renewals and maintain inspection logs
15) Act as main contact for vendors and resolve issues
16) Support communication between teams and service providers

Job Qualifications

1) High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in warehouse management or administration is a plus.
2) Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
3) Exceptional reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in both languages.
4) Ability to actively listen, clarify information, and facilitate smooth communication between Arabic and English speakers.
5) Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or facility management setting.
6) Proven experience in handling and reconciling petty cash in a similar role.
7) Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other ERP software for purchases.
8) Proven experience in vendor management or procurement roles, preferably in accorporate environment.
9) Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
