Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for various projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Progressive work experience in procurement or supply chain, with substantial exposure to the energy, gasification, or power production industries
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in sourcing high-value contracts, managing strategic supplier relationships, and handling complex procurement processes
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, ERP, Oracle, e-procurement systems).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of applicable procurement laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
