Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services that meet the company's operational requirements. You will play a key role in optimizing costs, ensuring supplier reliability, and maintaining smooth procurement processes aligned with business needs and compliance standards.

Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt. As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people's everyday lifestyle - we're extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.
Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.
What will you be doing? • Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally to meet company quality and pricing standards. • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best value. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term reliability. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast procurement needs. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, KSA regulations, and documentation requirements. • Analyze and report on procurement performance, cost savings, and market trends. • Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or non-compliance with quality standards. • Support tendering and vendor evaluation processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, logistics, and operations teams to align on priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
What are we looking for? • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management, or any relevant field • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in procurement within Riyadh, KSA at FMCG or Retail Industries • Knowledge of KSA procurement laws and import regulations • Strong negotiation skills • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft office suite. • Fluency in English and Arabic languages. • Strong ethics and attention to details • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environment.
