Procurement Specialist

Major Responsibilities:

Participate in and maintain the Quality, Safety, and Occupational Health systems.

Strictly adhere to the company s rules and regulations, strive to improve professional skills, and establish a service-oriented approach to production.

Develop new suppliers as needed, conduct audits of supplier qualifications, and manage relevant documentation.

Carry out daily tasks including tendering, price comparison, contract signing, contract follow-up, goods receipt inspection, payment processing, and supplier evaluation.

Responsible for handling non-conforming materials, as well as the processing of unaccepted equipment and projects.

Summarize and analyze procurement activities, and provide procurement reports to management when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or above; those with strong proficiency in Chinese, English, or Arabic are preferred.

Prior experience of 1 year or more in procurement is preferred.
