Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description

  • Maintain Safety Stock of non-Tyre products in coordination with Warehouse and retail chain
  • Analyze the stock situation of warehouse and showrooms for tire and non- tire products
  • Maintain & follow up the Re-order point and quantity of each non tire product according to Company Policies.
  • Monitor the stock level and check the accuracy of inventory stock records
  • keep the suppliers list updated and adding new suppliers to the existing list.
  • Seek for best deals with suppliers with best terms of payment
  • Follow the purchasing cycle and process starting from Purchasing request till issuing invoice and payment.
  • Get the technical approval from the requester to assure the acceptance of the product quality as requested
  • Confirm the new received quantities with warehouse
  • Manage the tire and non- tire products distribution between the warehouse and retail chain
  • Manage the fleet regarding distribution, maintenance, insurance and car license
  • Manage the drivers by stating the routes for them periodically.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Orders
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for data evaluation and decision-making
  • Experience in Purchasing and procurement activities
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive or tire industry is a plus
