Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate software and hardware vendors to meet business requirements
  • Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Manage the preparation and processing of purchase orders and related documentation
  • Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams ( accounting sales ) to gather procurement needs and support budgeting

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree with a background in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 2 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in software
  • Excellent command of English is a must ( above B1 )
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and IT hardware categories
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
